I Can Has A Spring-Times???

It was a beautiful day out on Monday, so I made some time to clear out all the crab grass and clover from around the Irises and planted some other stuff. Stuff like Kalanchoes, Dianthus "Super Purples," and Yellow Gazanias.

After this Super Cell weather of ours passes by, I plan on planting some bulbs: yellow Calla Lillies and the red and white Dahlias.

Upon reflection, I should've left the clover for ground cover around all of the other plants, but I'll just have to remember that next time.

I'm not much of a gardener, but I'm tired of the drab and depressing--and I'm really enjoying the colorful entryway that this flowerbed provides.

I guess I'm easy to please...

Hey, Jeff, looks great to me! I'm easy to please, too, so when you are finished with your yard, come on over and start on mine!
(watercolor paintings don't last too long in the flower garden!)
